| ok.,.. WELL. since i promised to write abt whistler and didnt, i ll do that now.
It has snowed alot in whistler the begining of november, altho the snow has melted in the past 2 weeks....
i managed to get up there 3 times to go snowboarding!!!!!! considering the fact that i just started last year, and only managed to go up like 10 or less times, i am learning how to Jump already!!! lol ye yes,,,, i think im prettie athletic... altho many disagree with me with that point... lol
im not JUST a cheerleader after all!!! lol anyways, whistler was great. the first few times i went up, it was cold up my freekin ass, but last week when i went u, it was warm, and hot actualie... i know its an oxymoron... HOt in Snow... oh well,,, but snowboarding is definately my thing now.. who knows, i mite b competeing soon... lol (yea right)
and i thinik that barbay shuld start snowboarding too.. coz i want her to and i told her so.... and because i can. lol
well. other than that, all is well, tapio is well too.... if anyone was interested...

| i am taking this course called, Political Sciene 260,, its about Global Politics and its really interesting. ... I had to write this term paper for the course and we got choose one topic out of about 10. My topic was Terrorist and humanitariun aid.
I took it closer and wrote about Child Soldiers in Uganda. The use of children in Uganda. Befor i started this essay, i didnt know anything about Uganda... just knew that it was a country in Africa that has gone through a past that is unforgetable and unforgivable....
I started reading many books about it. Biographies of es-child soldiers, and Amnesty International books, etc.
i wont be able to show the impact it had on me until, you, the readers go and find out urself.... wat has been going on in Uganda.
Uganda, is a country where the government believes the good of only itself and not for the citizens. From this, there r rebels... called the LRA.. Lord's Resistance Army. This group, the LRA,,, believe in the ten commands of the bible and its leader believes that he is a "jesus" like figure...fighting for freedom of the people.... however,,,, its not all that goody goody as it sounds.... they abduct and massacre pioles and piles of people They abduct childre.. and girls. using boys as child soldiers and girls as sex slaves.... these kids dont have a choice and dont have anywhere to run to,,, becaseu the LRA<, as they abduct, massacre the ppl of that village...... burn the village down... so that these children would not run away.... and would not ahve a choice....

these children dont have a choice. they live in the world of adult games.... war. created by adults.. and their selfishness... i mean why the fuck would these kids have to kill for these adults? kids dont have anything to do with them... but is forced to...
this kid,,, had to kill another kid or else,,,, he would be killed by the others in the LRA>.. so the kid did it...... there are so many children out there.... like this.
the after effect of these children,, is not any better than they r fighting at war..... they r traumatized.... serious injuries affect them physically,,, and mentally, they are crumbled... and are barley sane.

| hi ppl.. i know i hvaent been updating... but i got no time!!! arg.. anyways...
yes, i have this course in Poli Sci,, where I hvae to write a 15 page essay for.... and i am writing it on Child Soldiers. its pretty interesting and i love the topic.
anyways, i have so much i can say about the child soldiers, but im not gonna say it all on here, coz its just too much info.. Ive realized that i reallie want to help and save kids in the future, its something i have passion doing. saving children... and all of that. i think its one of the best feelings to be next to a child and see them smile.. and even when they're crying and as much as I think it can get annoying (i am admitting that it does get a little annoying when they're too loud) but u feel and u know they're alive,, and it makes u even happier coz u know that they're in a way trying to tell us that they exist and they are there.
its funnie how much a child knows and how much a child can feel... even if it doesnt seem that way, i think children feel something that we as adults or grownups forget the feeling.. the feeling of pure love and pure goodness.. innocence. that's wats so beautiful about chiuldren. all of that. its amazing eh??lol

i am truley sorry for not updating....(esp... barbay) neways.... I have been having a real hectic start off to the year... and its bveen real stressful..... ive had bedbugs infestations, then had 500 bucks missing from my room,,,,then had my newest christian dior bag stolen as well... omg... i am a total mess... been having fights with my boyfrien,,, but thankfully, i got that one solved before it got too nasty and stuff... "yes to open relationships"??? lol
anyways..... i am not sure what else to update about my life...... but only that, i am lost in it.. and that i am tryin to find a way out of this mess....... y do lives have to b total messes all the time? i dont know... i guess that's part of life too... and as long as we live in it, we gotta follow the road it takes us.......
i am looking for a job.. hopefullie will get a job at this japanese restaurant near by.. looks prettie cool to b working there.... hopefullie all works out for me! wish me luck!!!
